ANNOUNCEMENTS

Football orientation for the 2008 season will take place on Saturday, July 12th at the Factory in the Mill Room. This is a time where coaches will meet their team, outline the season and meet with parents.

FOOTBALL Orientation - Saturday, July 12, 2008
7:30am-8:30am Flag Football (3 teams)
8:30am-9:45am Tiny Mite Football (2 teams)

9:45am-11:15am Mighty Mite Football (3 teams)
11:15am-12:30pm Junior Pee Wee Football (2 teams)
12:30pm-2:00pm Pee Wee Football (1 team)
and Junior Midget (1 team)

There are plans for an open conditioning camp for all area youth football players at Camp Kanata being scheduled for the 14th, 15th and 17th of July. The cost for the camp will be $25 and more information will be available shortly.

The cheer orientation for the 2008 season will take place on Thursday, July 17th at the Factory in the Mill Room from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

There is also an OPTIONAL Pop Warner Summer Cheer Camp scheduled for August 9th at Premier Athletics in Clayton - Please see the CFF website under Cheer Camps for more information or contact WF Cheer Commissioner Karen Neal.

ABOUT WAKE FOREST TITANS

Join the Titans for the 2008 season! We offer flag football for ages 5-7, tackle football for ages 5-15 and cheerleading for ages 5-15.

There are no tryouts! Participants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as space is available, so click here to register!

The Wake Forest Titans provide a safe and fun environment for teaching the fundamentals of football and cheerleading and for preparing our participants for competition. In the past few years, Wake Forest Pop Warner Association has sent cheer squads to regional and national competitions and football teams to post-season bowl games.

So come join the Wake Forest Titans!

Practice for the season will start on August 1st,
so please plan your vacations accordingly.

All tackle football teams will practice everyday except for Sundays in the first two weeks of practice to complete the Pop Warner conditioning requirement.

All athletes must submit a 2008 physical form (click here to download form) and a 2008 player contract (click here to download contract.
